INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY FOR QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT, AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MOSTOSTAL ZABRZE Realizacje Przemysłowe S.A.
One of the Company’s primary objectives is to provide construction services at the highest possible level of quality, with respect for and care for the natural environment, in compliance with legal requirements and occupational health and safety principles, while meeting the requirements and expectations of Clients and Interested Parties arising from the context of our organization.
The Company’s operations and the development of its services are based on knowledge of Clients’ requirements, the many years of experience of its employees, and familiarity with the market.
As overarching quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety objectives, we set:
- continuous improvement of the management system in compliance with the requirements of the following standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, AQAP 2110:2016 and SCC**-VAZ 2021, with the simultaneous involvement of all employees,
- strengthening the Company’s position on the market,
- continuous improvement of the quality of services provided through the integration of management systems, reliability, flexibility and monitoring of market requirements,
- minimizing the possible harmful impact of our activities on the environment and constants monitoring,
- preventing workplace accidents, occupational diseases, and near-miss incidents,
- expanding the range of products and services offered to acquire new Clients,
- caring for the natural environment through the prevention of pollution.
We achieve our objectives through:
- implementation and improvement of processes of the Integrated Management System consistent with the requirements of standards: ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001:2018, AQAP 2110:2016 and SCC**-VAZ 2021,
§ applying modern organizational solutions,
- continuously improving staff qualifications and their awareness of responsibility for the activities performed,
- analyzing environmental aspects related to the Company’s operations and reducing their impact on the natural environment,
- continuous market monitoring and responding to the needs and proposals submitted by our Clients,
- identifying risks and opportunities in implemented processes,
- commitment to comply with applicable legal regulations and other requirements, including those of Interested Parties arising from the Company’s context,
- commitment to ensuring safe and healthy working conditions in order to prevent work-related injuries and health issues,
- engaging the Company’s personnel in activities related to quality, the environment, and occupational health and safety,
- commitment to consultation and participation of employees and their representatives,
- systematic monitoring of Client satisfaction levels,
- ensuring the integration of quality management system requirements with the organization’s business processes,
- commitment to eliminating hazards and reducing occupational health and safety risks.
Considering the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety as an effective tool for implementing our Policy, I hereby declare the provision of appropriate conditions and resources, as well as commitment to achieving the objectives, and to the continuous improvement and development of the Integrated Management System based on the requirements of the following standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, AQAP 2110:2016, and SCC**-VAZ 2021.
