On 25 September 2026, MZRP entered into an agreement with MSM Walsrode GmbH & Co. KG, a company based in Germany and part of the CSG industrial and technology group headquartered in the Czech Republic (the “Ordering Party”), concerning the construction of a new chemical installation in Germany.

The net remuneration payable to MZRP for the performance of the Agreement amounts to approximately 25% of the sales revenue of the Issuer’s Capital Group generated in 2025.

The completion date of the Agreement is scheduled for Q1 2028.
