Leaders’ competencies as the foundation of effective project execution

Mostostal Zabrze Realizacje Przemysłowe S.A. consistently invests in the development of its management staff, strengthening competencies that are crucial for effective project execution.

On April 7, 2026, we had the pleasure of delivering another training session for Leading Foremen and Supervisors at MZRP. This is part of a consistent strategy to enhance managerial skills within the organization.

The program was developed in cooperation with #Mentor – Alicja Matecka and Miłosz Matecki, and was designed to best address everyday operational challenges. We focused on what truly works in practice.

Participants developed their skills in effective communication, building accountability within teams, situational management based on the Hersey–Blanchard model, as well as task delegation and providing feedback that supports employee development.

A key element of the training was the workshops, which made up the majority of the program. This allowed participants to test newly learned techniques and apply these tools to real-life situations they face on a daily basis.

Today, developing managerial competencies is no longer a choice, but a necessity if we want to successfully deliver ambitious projects and build strong teams.
