That is one of the key reasons why we support the activities of the Young Generation of the Polish Association of Civil Engineers and Technicians (PZITB), which exemplifies a modern approach to education, professional development, and social engagement among young engineers.

One of the Young Generation’s flagship initiatives is the Workcamp MK PZITB project — a unique undertaking in which students and young engineers from across Poland carry out renovation works in care facilities. Through this, they gain valuable hands-on experience while providing meaningful assistance to those in need.
