On June 12–13, we held a two-day external training session focused on the practical application of Lean Construction principles.

This was a valuable opportunity for our team to deepen their knowledge, work on process improvements, explore innovative ways of planning construction work, and enhance their understanding of Lean Construction in real-world project environments.

A key highlight of the training was the hands-on exercises, which gave participants a tangible sense of how Lean works in practice and how it translates into measurable results. The open, collaborative atmosphere contributed to effective communication and strong teamwork throughout the sessions.
