In April, we have implemented the third edition of our internal training programme and development of The Project Manager competences in the Mostostal Zabrze Group, called „Good to Great”. The education and development of our employees is our priority. „Good to Great” programme gives us opportunities to exchange experiences between the lecturers and participants and to learn from more experienced colleagues from various Mostostal Zabrze Group companies. Programme gives tangible results of our Projects embedded in such a changing realities of the projects environment.
