The construction and industrial sector has for decades been perceived as a space almost exclusively for men. This was due both to historical conditions of the labor market and to stereotypes concerning professional roles. Even a few decades ago, women in the technical sector accounted for only a small percentage of employees, and their presence on construction sites or in production facilities was rare.

Today, the reality looks different. Social changes, technological development, increasing automation of processes, and greater access to technical education for women have led to traditionally male-dominated workplaces gradually opening up. Competence and experience are no longer defined by gender, and team diversity has become a real business value.

At Mostostal Zabrze Realizacje Przemysłowe S.A., these changes are clearly visible. Women are present throughout the entire organization and successfully pursue their careers both in office environments and on construction sites as well as in manufacturing facilities. They are responsible for projects, manage teams, provide supervision, and ensure safety and quality.
