On March 1, 2022, we have signed an annex to the Agreement concluded on August 10, 2021 between MOSTOSTAL ZABRZE Realizacje Przemysłowe S.A. and BASF Schwarzheide GmbH. The tasks provided in the contract assume the prefabrication and assembly of a chemical installation as well as electrical works at production facility of cathode active materials in Schwarzheide, Germany. Based on the annex, the subject of the works has been expanded to the assembly of the steel structure provided by BASF. The current value of the Agreement, including the annex, amounts to approx. 50 million EUR.

Completion of the assembly works under the Agreement has remain unchanged (4th quarter 2022).
